Questions

Common questions

If your question is not here, write to us.

What does Cardvoy track?

Captured ATM cards from capture to handover, issuer return or destruction; and everything a bank sends: new and replacement cards, PIN mailers, cheque books and documents, to customers, branches and card centres.

Do we need to replace our switch or card management system?

No. Cardvoy takes captures from your switch by API or file and dispatch items from your card management system, and works alongside them.

Which countries are supported?

Version 1.0 has country packs for Pakistan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. Other markets can be added as packs on request.

Which languages?

English, Arabic, Urdu and Bengali, for staff screens and customer messages. Arabic and Urdu are right to left.

Does Cardvoy store full card numbers?

Card numbers are tokenised and encrypted on arrival with a key per bank. Staff see a masked number; the full number is shown only under dual control and every reveal is audited.

Can we host it ourselves?

Yes. Cardvoy runs as SaaS on AWS, in your own AWS account or private cloud, or on your own servers. Markets that require in-country hosting are supported.

How do couriers connect?

Through signed webhooks, status files or the courier portal. Ready-made adapters for named couriers are available on request.

How long does a proof of concept take?

We set up your branches, card centre, couriers and country pack on our AWS POC environment, usually within two weeks of receiving your structure and sample files.

How is it licensed?

Per bank, by edition (Essentials, Professional or Enterprise), with a signed licence key. See Editions and licensing.

See Cardvoy with your own process.

Book a walkthrough: we configure your branches, CFC, couriers and country pack in a private POC and run a captured card from ATM to customer while you watch.
